Chapter 89
Alcanfel sits alone pondering his encounter with Guyver 0 and the power of the unit G when suddenly the surviving “Humans” that had gathered around are left awestruck at the sight of the creators spaceships slowly rising upwards. Alcanfel is shocked as he realises that all the creators (his Gods) are leaving the Earth, he transforms into his Zoalord for, and races skywards after them. He pleads desperately that they should stay and asks why they are leaving him. When he is informed that the data from the Human/Guyver test surprised them and that the current situation cannot be left as it is he is confused and distraught. When he questions their judgement they respond by sending searing pain through his body, as they tell him of their mission and their ships leave through warp points Masaki feels Alcanfels loneliness and bewilderment. But worse is to come…..
A giant warp point appears near the Earth through which a giant planetoid emerges, its target, the Earth! Masaki looks on Alcanfels memories with shock, this planetoid is a quarter of the size of the Earth, a collision would destroy both leaving only a debris field and nothing, even a recognisable planet would survive.
As the surviving Humans look skywards in wonder at the growing shape of the approaching planetoid Alcanfel fills with bitterness and determination, he and his compatriot humans will not end here! Alcanfel powers up using every ounce of strength in his body, every facet of every Zoacrystal he possesses to create a blade of energy surrounding and extending from him for thousands of kilometres, with all his energy he then speeds towards the planetoid, a cataclysmic collision blasting it into fragments. Masaki realises that some of these smaller fragments smashed into the Earth causing the Ice ages of old that life managed to somehow survive through. Alcanfel completely exhausted returned to one of the very capsules that Masaki now inhabits in the belly of one of the remaining (damaged) creators spaceships. As the spaceship that was located on a small island decayed, some of the surviving humans found the island and recognising Alcanfel for their god built a temple to him and placed him inside, this island then lost in time being the one that Balcus was later to be shipwrecked on unknown millennia later.
Chapter 90
Tokyo, Shinjuku
High above the city in the Cronos Cloud Gate building Zoalord Pulukshterl is considering the worrying situation of the Guyver Gigantic possibly being nearby. From a neighbouring building top three of the Zoalords are hatching a plan that looks like it is aimed at going against Cronos to ensure they are the most powerful of all the Zoalords. The three Zoalords Krumegnik, Jabil & Kabral discuss their tactics and then send then summon three Hyper Zoanoids to their biddings.
Below on the streets the tranquillity is shattered by cars being thrown through the air, a giant figure creates mayhem, destroying people and property with its varied weapons, it is the form of the Guyver Gigantic!
Pulukshterl receives reports of the Guyver Gigantics appearance and the damage of both his subjects and city, he decides something must be done. Back at the late Dr Odagiri's mansion, Shou, Tetsuo, Mizuki, Natsuki and Hayami are watching the TV in horror as they watch the reports of the destruction and death supposedly caused by the Guyver Gigantic! Tetsuo tries to calm Shou down, but he is incensed. Shou rushes to the roof of the Mansion and summons Guyver I, he streaks into the sky and then summons the Guyver Gigantic Armour, Aptom watches him race to confront the imposter from the cover of the treeline below.
Fires are burning all over town, and the people are flooding out onto the streets looking for a safe haven. The three Zoalords look on with pleasure at the panic they have caused and observe as the real Guyver Gigantic turns up on the scene.
Chapter 91
Shou and the fake guyver Gigantic face off on a rooftop, Guyver I's sensors are picking up something strange about his opponent but when the form in front of him splits apart into 3 separate Hyper Zoanoids, Shou is surprised by the efforts that seem to have gone into making this replica of the Guyver Gigantic. As the replica taunts Shou about the damage it has caused in his image the three Zoalords look on as their plan hatches, Pulukshertl has left Cloud Gate and is heading to confront the Guyver Gigantic not knowing his is already facing an imposter.
Meanwhile the fake Guyver Gigantic is still taunting Shou, destroying surrounding apartments out of spite and hitting Shou with the combined power of three Hyper Zoanoids combined. Shou in the Gigantic Guyver is knocked off a building top landing near a family trying to escape the ensuing carnage. The fake Guyver Gigantic spots Shou and the family and callously blasts at them with a powerful laser attack. The street is totally destroyed but as the smoke and debris clears we see that Shou in the Guyver Gigantic has saved the family protecting them with the units shield. Shou urges them to escape and as Pulukshertl closes in on the battle he is almost caught in a giant explosion caused by the fake. The fake is screaming away from the scene with Shou in full pursuit, the fake still mocking him. But Shou has the last laugh, activating the Gigantic's boosters whilst concentrating a huge amount of energy in his fist. Shou blasts through the fake leaving only dust but now Pulukshertl has reached the scene and wants revenge on the Guyver Gigantic who he thinks has caused the scenes of mayhem in Tokyo. The three rebel Zoalord's plan seems to have started…….
Chapter 92
Whilst the Guyver Gigantic and Pulukshertl face off in Tokyo we cut to Agito Makishima in a secret location in Alaska inside his location Agito somewhat surprises a older looking man wearing a lab coat. Agito is checking up on “progress” and we see many of the same type of bio-vats that Cronos uses to create its Zoanoids lined up in the building! They appear to be “processing” the human forms within…… Agito's method seem to be becoming more extreme. Whilst he questions the scientist we become aware of the doctors deep dislike of Doctor Balcus…….
We now cut to Balcus himself in the Arizona Cronos base who is discussing the worrying situation with his Zoalord Colleague Shin who is at the Washington DC “Pillars of Heaven” towers.
Then we cut back to Tokyo, and Pulukshertl who is transforming into his Zoalord battle form. Pulukshertl is a powerful looking foe with a diamond shaped Zoacrystal in the centre of his forehead. The clouds above him circle ominously………
Chapter 93
Tetsuo and the others are watching the scenes unfolding on live television, and they're not the only ones, two (perhaps slightly mad) freelance photographers have got a great spot close to the looming battle ahead where they can get great shots of the action.
The tense stand off ends with Pulushertl's Zoa crystal glowing and a huge bolt of lightning descending on the Guyver Gigantic. An entire apartment block is demolished but Shou had used the Hyper Guyver Armour's Barrier to repel the attack, some of the fleeing civilians have stopped to watch what will happen next.
The three rebel Zoalords watch with interest and discuss what they think will be the outcome of the battle… they look very smug…….
Aptom meanwhile in his Zx-Tole battle mode is approaching the scene of Shou's fight and watches as Shou evades many of Pulukshertl's plasma bolts whilst charging towards him.
